Dinner Party Menus
Here is a sample of Karen's seasonal menus. Please contact her for a current copy as it is constantly being updated.
SUMMER
- Twice baked goat’s cheese soufflés with a roasted tomato relish
- Pan-fried turbot with a warm salad of crab, cress and crispy bcon
- Lemon and lime tart
AUTUMN
- Seared scallops with a butternut squash purée and black pudding crisps
- Balsamic roasted duck breast with a potato rosti and aubergine caviar
- Vanilla pannacottas with poached berries
WINTER
- Duck liver parfait with toasted brioche and poached pear
- Beef fillet with beetroot relish, horseradish cream and a chestnut jus
- Sticky toffee pudding with a salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
SPRING
- Tuna carpaccio with a rocket and fennel salad
- Lamb rump with a mint vinagrette, broad beans and peas
- Chocolate fondant torte with a sweet berry creme fraiche
Dinner Parties from €60 per person including VAT, a minimum of 8 diners is required. Price includes a waiter service. Cutlery and crockery are supplied..

- A selection of Irish farmhouse cheeses with roast pears and lavosh crackers
