Browse through the menus and see if there’s anything there that tantalises. The menus are just a selection of what I can do. If you let me know your tastes I can devise a menu for you. I will consider any unusual catering requests, be it unusual venues or specialist food. Its all part of my unique service.
Other elements you may or may not need that I can look after for you are: the organisation of waiters, hire of crockery, cutlery, and table dressing.
I can cook the food for you to serve, or can be there to serve the food myself, whatever you require.
I am registered with the HSE and am fully HACCP compliant. (The EU regulations relating to Food, Health and Safety).
